Q: How soon can you deliver my groceries?
A: We can promise delivery within 1 - 2 days from the moment you place an order.

Q: How do we pay?
A: We accept payment via Debit/Credit card.

Q: Do you serve my area?
A: We service individuals residing all across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Q: What are the costs?
A: All orders come with a one time food handling fee of $9.99. This covers the shopper's time, labor, and safe handling of all items being delivered.

Q: What are your hours?
A: We deliver from 9 am - 10 pm Monday through Sunday.

 

Q: How do I join your rewards program and start earning points?
A: Click/tap on the "gift" icon found at the bottom right corner of our site to join!

 

Q: How many points do I earn for placing an order and how many points give me free delivery?
A: For every order placed with us you'll earn 200 points and 1000 points gives you free delivery. In other words, after placing 5 orders your 6th order will have no delivery cost!

 

Q: Are there any other ways for me to earn points?
A: Yes! You can earn 50 points for following us on Instagram and liking our Facebook page. On top of that, you and your friend are awarded 1000 points on every referral that is made. 

 

Q: Which grocery stores do you pick up from?
A: We source all our groceries from Loblaws.

Q: What happens when an item I want is out of stock?
A: Our shopper will give you a call to inquire about which replacement you are comfortable with. If you are unable to reached for whatever reason, the shopper will do his best to make an informed decision while making the replacement.

 

Q: How do I request a refund for missing items if my order is incomplete?
A: If your order is missing items, please use our contact us page to send over a list of the items and we will refund you the night of!

 

Q: If I live in a condo/apartment does my order get dropped off at my door?
A: Unfortunately during this lock-down brought on by COVID-19, we have been requested to drop off our customers' groceries in the lobby.
